Eat your way through all the Croatian culinary delights on the Croatia Culinary Experience. Sample delicate seafood dishes, hearty ham and rich pastries on a picturesque coast. The diverse regions and foreign influences over the centuries have left their mark on Croatian cuisine. Some of the most recognized mouth-watering dishes include Boškarin, Brodetto, Fritule and many more.


Day 1

  • Arrival

  • On arrival, you will be met by one of our representatives and transferred to your accommodation in the old town of Split.

  • Get settled and unpack.

  • Enjoy the afternoon at own leisure.


Day 2

  • Split

  • Enjoy a guided tour of the city of Split.

  • Discover the hidden secrets of Diocletian's Palace


Day 3

  • Split - Local village – Split

  • Today we will enjoy in the village, in a local family run restaurant.

  • You will start by going to the local mill, buy handmade flour and learn how to make local specialties like ''Uštipke''; Soparnik and so much more.

  • After preparing your meal enjoy the fresh village air and local wine.


Day 4

  • Split – Pelješac - Dubrovnik

  • Leave Split after breakfast and travel towards the famous town of Dubrovnik.

  • Along the way you will stop on the Pelješac peninsula and visit two wine cellars. First, the Napa Valley’s favourite Croat Mike Grgich’s cellar also known as the Zinfandel cellar, and the Bartulović winery, which grow grapes in 16 different positions on the peninsula.

  • After the wine tasting embark on the adventure of preparing a very traditional Croatian meal - meat under peka! Peka is an iron bell, which is placed over a pan with pieces of meat, traditionally veal or lamb, and potatoes, and then covered in hot charcoal. Leaving food to simultaneously cook and bake over several hours, peka blends aromas, flavours and a hint of the ancient into a wonderous meal.

  • Later, carry on towards Dubrovnik where you will be dropped off at your hotel.


Day 5

  • Dubrovnik 

  • This morning your local guide will take you on a tour of the old city of Dubrovnik.

  • After the guided tour enjoy time at own leisure in and around the old town.


Day 6

  • Departure

  • This is where we say goodbye.

  • Transfers to the Dubrovnik airport in time for your flight home.
