The gorgeous and remote Myeik (or Mergui) Archipelago lies in the Andaman Sea off the coast of southern Myanmar. To visit these extraordinary islands Side Street Explorers are offering a guided tour. Travel these largely undiscovered islands that are unknown to most tourists - which is a big part of their appeal – indeed many of them are inhabited only by beautiful & colourful wildlife.



Day 1

  • Upon arrival at Ranong Airport you will be met and transferred to the jetty to board a long tail boat for a 30 minutes transfer to Kawthaung Jetty.

  • Victoria Cliff Resort (Nyaung Oo Phee Island: From there take a speed boat to Nyaung Oo Phee Island (around 2 hours). Upon arrival on Nyaung Oo Phee Island, check into your room.


Day 2 - 7

  • Breakfast at your hotel.

  • Rest of the day is for enjoying pristine beaches of Nyaung Oo Phee Island, relaxing in the shade of palm trees by the sea.

  • Active visitors can choose from a wide range of activities like kayaking, hiking, sea canoeing snorkeling, diving, fishing etc.


Day 8

  • After breakfast at the island’s restaurant, you will have the morning at leisure. Enjoy the white sand beaches and swim in the beautiful blue waters around the island. Check out of the island resort around noon and have lunch before heading back to Kawthaung.

  • Upon arrival in Kawthaung, take the longtailboat back to Ranong.

  • Upon arrive at Ranong jetty, you will be met and transferred to Ranong airport for your onward flight.

  • Land transfer from the Airport in in Ranong/Thailand to the pier in Kawthaung on your arrival and departure day

  • Boat transfers Kawthaung – Boulder Island – Kawthaung. Departure from Kawthaung jetty every Saturday and Tuesday sharp 12.00 noon. From Boulder Island every Friday and Monday around 06:00 am

  • Accommodation at the Boulder Bay Eco Bungalows (double or single occupancy) 

  • Full board while on the island (3 meals). Lunch and dinner with minimum 3-4 dishes per meal

  • Drinking water, soft drinks, tea and coffee at the resort

  • English speaking resort and guest relation manager
